2002 Frontier FT225 22 Foot camper

Installed new tires in 2021 when we got the camper and it has not seen many miles.
Replaced a couple light covers outside the trailer

Propane/Electric Fridge w/ seperate freezer
Propane Stove/Oven
Microwave
Propane Water Heater
Propane hookup outside of trailer for BBQ
Air Conditioning
Propane Furnace
Bathroom with Tub/Shower
Outdoor shower (new shower head installed)
Sleeps 5 - double bed, table folds down to a queen, couch folds down to sleep 1 comfortably
No leaks in roof or windows
Plenty of storage
TV (currently not mounted on wall) and DVD player
Radio (detachable face plate) with speakers built into ceiling
2 propane tanks
Solar panels and inverter - electrical was changed by previous owner so you can run off electric of solar
Previous owner added a few electrical outlets inside
Previous owner changed a few of the lights to LED and added a couple light bars in places inside

Only issues I am aware of are :

• Awning has 1 tiny pinhole in it
• Needs a new mattress as one side has a huge dip in it.
• I don't believe the steps are original to the camper as they are quite low
• Hot water tank supply line broke during travel so when it was repaired, shutoff/bypass valves to and from the tank were installed, an access hole was made so you can get to the back of the tank from inside of the camper, tank was tested and working. Paneling under bed shows a touch of water staining from that. That was in done in fall 2022 before it was winterized and parked for the season.
